Fed's Kaplan: Case for hiking rates has strengthened in last few months
Dallas Fed's President Robert Kaplan is crossing the wires, via Reuters, during a speech in Austin, Texas, where he said that the case for hiking rates has strengthened in the last few months, but didn't comment about timing.
