Analysts at Nomura offered their model's projection for today's USD/CNY fix.

"Our model1 projects the fix to be 28 pips higher than the previous fix (6.3295 from 6.3267) and 29 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close of 6.3266. The basket implied change is 33 pips higher than the previous official spot USD/CNY close (6.3299 from 6.3266)."
