Russian deputy foreign minister: Moscow will respond to new US sanctions

The Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Sergei Ryabkov was out on the wires in the last hour, speaking to RIA news agency, and commented on the recent hot topic of trade tensions.

   •  Russia will respond by expanding its "black list" of Americans
   •  Will use principle of parity in responding to US sanctions
   •  Does not rule out extra measures beyond that
   •  Wants to maintain dialogue with the US
   •  Will calibrate its response to new US sanctions accordingly
