Italy's Conte: According to lastest data deficit/GDP ratio will be 2.1% in 2019

Italian Prime Minister (PM) Giuseppe Conte crossed the wires in the last minutes saying that the latest data suggested that the deficit/GDP ratio in 2019 will be around 2.1%. Conte further added that he was aiming to have constructive talks with the EU Commission to reach an agreement on 2019 targets following the debt warning.
